Relatively cheap place to stay in Domfront. The feel is very motel-like. Old rooms with carpeting. No amenities. My room had no soap (even for handwashing) and I had to ask for some. They had a garage for a bike.

This stunning old farmhouse in the idyllic southwestern Normandy countryside has been renovated and outfitted with everything you need for relaxing stay. There is nothing to awaken you except birdsong. The hosts are competent, knowledgeable, and unusually friendly. It is ideal for a "slowcation." Every turn in a path or road is a new postcard photo. Old historical medieval town which is lovely to walk through. It is a bit hilly and there are cobbled streets. The view from the top is amazing across the local countryside. Local churches and museums to visit and (if lucky) mediaeval fetes as well. Friendly bars and restaurants.

Very sweet and friendly hosts, who makr you feel welcome. Such detail in little things, beds and barhroom was very clean and we had a lovely breakfast. We were really looked after by the hosts and could ask any questions. It is an idyllic place in the middle of fields but only minutes away from Domfront by car. They offered a little living room wirh a fireplace and upstairs two beds and a öittle bathroom.
Very comfortable and characterful B & B in the lovely medieval town of Domfront. Lovely views from the spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with fruit, yogurt and cereal. Jacqueline is a very friendly and helpful host. Secure garage for storing our bikes

Spacious room with comfortable bed, good shower, good WIFI, free private parking. Rooms are quite dated but the whole hotel is quite quirky and reminded me of ‘faulty towers’.
Location is perfect to explore Domfront and other places like Mont Saint Michel and Bayeux. Free parking is close to the flat. The bed was very comfortable.
