The town itself is clearly very old, it has its roots in the Roman era or even before. It is tiny and there were not as many tourists as I expected there to be. There were not that many restaurants and bars either (apparently most tourists stay on their campsites).
The surroundings of the town are really stunning though: it is a great place for hiking, cycling and canoeing.
We had a good breakfast, everthing you expect to be a the breakfast was there. A good family runned hotel. Easy parking very clean rooms and beautiful sight on the surrounding mountains. Is a rather old place so don't expect the newest modern interior, than you should go to Ritz Carlton in Cannes.
although the hotel may be a little tired, it was very clean and tidy and couldn’t fault the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. secure parking for motorbikes. good location. weird definitely return
