My daughter of 10 and I had a fantastic stay at La Robeyère. The room was not huge but cosy, stylish and well-equipped. We loved the common spaces, the setting and the spa. It felt like real luxury. And we managed to get there from Brussels using only the train, which makes it a sustainable property for who wants to avoid the car.
Hotel Le Lac is located in a peaceful setting, just outside the city centre of Embrun. It is close to a lake that has a beach and recreational area.

Very good location, near the lake, the river La Durance and a few large grocery stores where we could find food and everything else we needed. Friendly staff and agreeable surroundings.
We didn't use the pool/spa. It looked nice though.
The room had the toilet in a separate cubicle (French style) from the bathroom (sink + shower).

The personal was very friendly. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. We had a very nice view and we enjoyed having a bath close to the bed.

Follow the signs on the roads to reach the hotel because the location on google maps is not 100% correct.

Lovely peoples and well kept 1980’s style hôtel…. But too many little thing which could be ameliorated for not much…. Good welcoming (even with an error from Booking.com or else) rapidly fixed and no more talk about…
