Beautiful, elegant country hotel between Rouen and Vernon (near Paris). Our jr. suite was very well-appointed; our grandson’s double room was very nice (when offered a jr. suite he declined). Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with almost unrivaled ambiance. Kari was very accommodating and helpful in planning visits to nearby castle ruin, churches, villages, etc. This is not an economy setting but it is worth every penny. This is our favorite hotel property in France and we’ve come to France ten times since 1990.
Surrounded by greenery, this hotel is located near to the Bord forest and is only 19 miles from Rouen and Giverny. Incarville, Val de Reuil’s business center, is also nearby.

very small town that doesn't appear to have any kind of local shop BUT it is a great base for a relaxing trip away from it all. If you plan to see the countryside and do some walking it is perfect. Its also easy to drive to Rouen and the various Normandy tourist attractions from Connelles.
Absolutely fantastic hotel across every possible factor. The hotel & location itself look like they're something out of a Disney movie. The service was impeccable the entire stay - and the hotel owner was absolutely wonderful.
To top it all off - the food was absolutely amazing!

Super staff - thank you. Building is beautiful but tired and in need of maintenance both outside and in. Upstairs corridors more like a boarding school than upmarket hotel. We had a comfotable night, the bed was excellent.
