This was a last minute booking and I was a little unsure of it but definitely no need to be!!!
The room was very clean. Good white bedding. Breakfast simple but very nice. Staff were friendly and in general an easy going small hotel. Position a very short walk from Condom. Excellent value and I would definitely recommend and will use again on my next visit to meet up with relatives.

The gardens were very pretty. The swimming pool, although small, was a good temperature for active swimming. The room, although it had its faults, was a good size, and my handicapped wife was able to access the bathroom easily.

I was walking the Chemin St Jacques (started a couple days before) and had hurt my leg. I stayed in the hotel for three nights to try to get better. The people there were extremely sympathetic and helpful. Very kind. My room was nice and warm and very quiet, so I got good rest. I am definitely going to try the walk again sometime and I will go back to this hotel.
Breakfast was excellent. Basically this is the equivalent of a four star hotel experience. A beautiful old building that has been lovingly and tastefully restored with style and modern conveniences. All this at a very moderate price. Don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
Breakfast, plus evening drinks outside in good company. Our hosts, Jean and Helene, were wonderful. It's quiet and also very close to Condom where there are good restaurants - and there is plenty to see in the area.
