Brilliant location not far from town with a river right in front of the hotel and walking paths along the river. 10 to 15 minute walk into town was easy. Dinner was excellent although breakfast was a bit limited.

A truly exceptional find. A beautiful spacious room set in a charming building offering a wonderfully spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area and all set in lovely gardens. The hosts were delightful and did everything to make my stay enjoyable. My bicycle was able to be stored (and charged up) in a large and secure garage.

Comfortable clean near the centre but nice and quiet
Appartement à Clisson, a property with a garden, is located in Clisson, 35 km from Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, 36 km from Botanical Garden of Nantes, as well as 37 km from Printing Museum.
Very interesting place. We originally chose it primarily because we wanted somewhere on the rail line into Nantes - about 20 minutes away. But it significantly exceeded that basic requirement. Well worth a couple of nights.

A short walk away is the town centre, it is up a steep hill...
A short walk away is the town centre, it is up a steep hill so be prepared! The other way over the bridge is another steep hill and a walkway under the bridge with a beautiful mural this then takes you up so that you can get into a park full of follies and statues.
There was also a canoe and slalom hire shop that was very popular when we walked past on Saturday AM.
In 200m radius there are a number of bars and restaurants we didn't try any food but had a couple of beers and a chat with some of the very friendly locals.

The hotel was very nice with an outdoor pool and a brilliant view of the castle. There is a lovely courtyard where you can take your meals by the river there is private parking which is very convenient
beautiful rooms and great location. Clisson itself is a very pretty town however not a lot open when we were there (Monday evening) which was disappointing however would like to go back
