The staff was super and liked that we had access to refill water containers provided by the hotel. Liked access to wander the grounds and abbey itself long after closing hours.

Well-appointed and the owner is absolutely wonderful! The pool was so refreshing. A fan was provided to help with the heat wave and it was nice and cool in the evening. The breakfast was exceptional.

Everything. The hosts are very friendly, the castle is gorgeous. The area is super quiet and you can enjoy some privacy. We had a large bedroom with a great view. The pool temperature is ridiculously nice. The breakfast was fabulous.We also enjoyed a great dinner in the evening. We could park our bikes easily. And we enjoyed biking around the area, and discovered the castle of Benais and the wine festival in Bourgueil.
