The location is great. There are many shops and restaurants around the corner. No need to mention its closeness to Eiffel Tower. There are metro stations around. you can reach anywhere around 10-15€ Uber ride and 50€ to the airport.
The building is very high, and the view is magnificent.
The lobby is spacious and I loved the water bar.
Breakfast was very much satisfying, delicious.
And special thanks to; once I needed a change for the taxi, the reception helped me with it, and this was kind and helpful.

Chaville has a good Chinese restaurant (Lotus D'or), it also has a theater/cinema, but we didn't visit it. The location is ideal for visiting Paris. You can take the bus (number 171) every 10 minutes towards the metro station or towards Chateâu Versailles. It also has enough public parkings available. The only downside: you need to take the bus and pay it first (using SMS) before you can use your visit paris travel card, because that's only available at the metro stations, which is quickly 4 km's away from Chaville.

Apartment was spacious and generally comfortable, with a pleasant garden. Great location, quiet and felt safe, close to 2 stations and bus routes to get into Paris. Monoprix, Casino, Carrefour City, boulangeries etc nearby. It is quite near to the main line into Montparnasse, so trains pass frequently, but it didn't bother us. Wifi and TV were ok, although there were no instructions for the TV which had a secondary box and remote control. Fortunately it was very near to a Campanile hotel where we had to spend the first night (see below).
We stayed here for a couple of days Paris & Versailles. It was great. Appartment had all we need. And the neighbourhood was very quiet. Nice host, who responds quickly! Also there's a forest closeby.
Tip for dinner: Le Bistrot De Chaville
Location was good for attending the rock en Seine festival, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station a 10min walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful
