The location is perfect to be able to walk to Futuroscope in just minutes. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The best part is that they have family rooms which for a family of 5 is perfect. The restaurant staff was very personable and helpful, even during the peak moments. A good value for the price.

The hotel was located on Futuroscope with Futuroscope pricing for what was a rather basic hotel. If you are looking for a good value overnight stop-over of reasonable quality during a long journey, you might well be a little disappointed and would do well to avoid the Futuroscope resort area to get better value.

What wasn't the best was the bedrooms at the hotel. I wrote a message to Booking.com but they just sent me a standard response with a toll-free number that didn't work from a French mobile! It was really Booking.com that made the false promises, saying that if you're at Genius Level 2 you can get a free upgrade (not true!) and free breakfast for the family (fake news!) and I had chosen this particular place because it was a Genius choice hotel in the area I needed to stay in!
The best part of my stay was when I moved into a better hotel down the road!!!

At first I was very excited to go on vacation however there is really not much to do especially for adults the bars close at 21h and not open on Saturday and Sundays. The entertainment centres are really terrible. For a place like this you would expect lots of activities but seems like the only thing is happening in futuroscope. There is so much potential in this small place. Even the savage is 30min away very inconvenient

Quiet location with a nearby shopping centre. The room was basic but clean and the fridge and microwave were really covenient.
Staff was helpful across all stay and always ready to help.
I was originally concerned based on some other reviews (unsure now about their accuracy), but the stay has been great, and I will would definitely use the hotel again if I am in the area)
Great location for a visit to Futuroscope. Free parking and walking distance to the park( quicker if you go round the back).
On the same site as the Ibis hotel so benefits from a nice bar area and the option to use their restaurant ( for a few)
