Owner of the apartment is really really nice, was able to rectify issues quickly and even provided us with everything we need.
Provides really fast replies in whatsapp and even made sure all the amenities are stocked.
It is also really near a metro as well, you can get to anywhere fairly quickly :)!
Thank you for the amazing stay, we couldn't ask more!

Cute, clean little apartment. It’s a ways from the city center, but easy to get to the metro. My daughter and I stayed there together and we felt safe and comfortable.

If you like surprises, you will enjoy this stay by BOOKING.com. Our surprises included:
A prompt response when asked if there was air conditioning (there was not) but no response when we twice emailed them two months prior to our booking and days before our booking to ask if we could check in at noon instead of 3PM because our flight from the USA arrived at 10AM in the morning. We had to make an international call (at our expense) to ask if we could get into our room. While we could not get into the room assigned us, they did put us into another room.
The pictures look better than they are! The picture we saw showed a spacious room. The room we occupied was small and cramped.
The advertisement listed a kitchen and the picture suggested it was part of the ‘apartment’ we would be staying in. Reality was a kitchen open to a half dozen rooms (no privacy and no indication if we could use the utensils in the kitchen – the utensils looked like they were owned by other occupants) … maybe bring your own?
There was a heater in the room but the heater was not operating properly. The room was cold and could not be adjusted. Frequent texts to ‘management’ for assistance proved fruitless – no response.
There was only one pillow in the room – be prepared to buy a pillow if you have two occupants in the room. The cheapest pillow we found was 19 euros and the pillow case was another 10 euros. We tried contacting ‘management’ for a second pillow but gave up in frustration because again they did not respond.
If you like stains on the walls and what appears to be mold (WE HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT), you will find it here. We are praying that our health will not be affected.
I did NOT originally post a five star rating … was this posted by management in my name? At best this would be two star or less … book at your own risk.

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris.
The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms.
I recommend it to tourist so they can sleep well and do not burn a hole in their wallet

Reception needs a bit of more warm attitude. pls provide water atleast. requested for water so many times.... that was the only issue. The cost of restaurant was too much. so, i didnt take their buffet as you can eat at onethird price just in next shop...

Good point is the shopping centre but it seems to be on the verge of closing down. Pärking underneath the hotel is shared with the centre and there are loads of spaces available for a reasonable amount of 12 euros from midnight to midday. Unfortunately that's all there is to say, the place is extremely difficult to get to with the signage not very clear, even with satnav. Traffic is horrendous and if you miss your junction you have to go all the way round the system again. Good point is that an Uber will cost only about 9 euros to get you to Porte Dorée area where there are lots of interesting things to see and visit. Charenton le Pont is too remote for anyone wanting to do touristy things.

Stayed there due to a conference close to the area.
Stayed there due to a conference close to the area. Otherwise would not recommend. The rooms and building in general are quite old and the service was inadequate at times, particularly when it comes to the variety of options for room service. There is a superb bakery though very close as you exit the hotel. Also it was thankfully close to Liberte metro station making transport convenient. However, overall, poor quality-price relationship.

- The room was clean like you were getting in a hospital. Which is something really great !
- The breakfast was great
- The stuff at the reception are always amazing people and extremely helpful and friendly
- I've been booking rooms to this particular hotel in the last 10 years and every time the experience is superb
- It's one of my favorite hotels. Whenever I get to Paris I book a room there
We booked without reading the reviews first and then we read reviews everybody complained at the quality of breakfast. Either the hotel read the reviews or guests were unfair but the breakfast is abundant, service is excellent.
Overall, great experience although the hotel is not very new and rooms would need renovation.
Overall, good value for money for short stays.
The Hotel has few repairs, many items are loose and not dare to use, and the Indian style Complimentary things like Brush and Tooth Paste, Shaving Kits, and the price we paid in India we use to get complementary Break Fast, But here nothing like that, No complimentary Coffee making powders in room, we do expect in this amount paid.
We slept in this hotel for 6 days. From the picture it looked excellent compared to the price and to be in Paris. The location was good because we were near the metro, a lot of supermarkets and bars.
Overall I liked the position of this hotel but if I had to give a star about cleaning I would give a 2 star.
A well presented and maintained hotel. Good facilities and a comfortable room. Located right by a bus line that goes straight into the centre of Paris. Parking was an added bonus.
