From the outside I was nervous about what I was getting into, but it was nicer than it looked from the outside. My first impression was that the service was excellent. Very friendly encounters with all the employees. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The thermostat actually worked, which isn't always a given. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. OK location if you're visiting Lyon and don't want to pay the premium to stay in town.

Check-in was very easy and the host very nice. The property provided all the facilities required for my stay. Good choice of hot beverages. It's a pity I checked in when it was dard and checked out when it was dark as the surroundings seem great. Good value for money.

The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. The choice of food in the restaurant at lunchtime and evening was good and it was well cooked and well presented. The hotel is well located for access to the city centre and to open fields for dog walking not far away. It's in the centre of Charbonnières-les-Bains, which is a delightful town with a train station, shops, boulangerie and restaurants.
Very friendly and helpful staff. nice room, ready to listen to your needs. the restaurant is very good, if you are a guest accommodated the hotel the staff will do their best to find you a spot even if it's full
