The staff accommodating. They swapped our intended room for a ground floor room because my wife uses a stick. Unfortunately, the room we were given was too hot and we could not adjust the temperature. I asked the receptionist to turn the heating down in the room but nothing could be done.
The room was cramped.

We had a pleasant stay at Campanile Bordeaux Sud - Gradignan-Talence. We booked a room for 1 night with late arrival, so the personnel gave us the option of a dinner reservation that we could take to the room. When we arrived, everything was still hot and delicious. The communication went smoothly.
The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there was a mirror with a nice heating feature.
The was a parking on site.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is incredibly pet friendly. Our room had a huge bed which was comfortable. Usual French style pillows. Excellent buffet breakfast and walking distance to a restaurant or service station cafeteria for dinner. Only possible complaint was no English channels on TV but then we were in France so not surprising lol! Will thoroughly recommend and stay again. Will also try other Ace hotels now to see if they're as good. Gets 5* from us.

Clean room with basic facilities I.e no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Very good free wifi coverage in the room. Friendly staff. Lift. Very small tv high up on wall on tge room but no English speaking channels. Bed clean and comfy. Ensuite goo with shower gel but towels were extremely small and not teally adequate for showering. Accept a pet for a small and reasonable fee.. Nearby facilities to get food and drink at nearby garage cafe area or nearby restaurant which is good and within walking distance. Continetal breakfast is again badic but adequate but missing a toaster! Have stayed there more than once and will do so again as good points outweigh the basic nature. We just take towels, travel kettle and fridge with tea / coffee/ sugar milk etc and as Wi-Fi good, get UK tv / Netflix etc on iPad.

Very convenient to motorway, ample parking. Comfy room, everything very clean. Shame there was no tea making facility in the room and no bar or restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was good and it was very helpful that it was available from 6.30 to 11.00, so suits everyone.

Well situated hotel immediately off the A63 and very easy to find. Supermarket nearby with a filling station so fuel could be
purchased for a lot less than on the motorways. Reception staff are very helpful and informative. Secured car parking with easy access and exit. Expansive gardens and grounds so children have plenty of room to play especially if they have been on a long car journey. Good breakfast.
This is a simple motorway services hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are large, accommodate dogs and are very clean. Breakfast is simple but good, and having the associated motorway services facilities for on the doorstep is very convenient. The outside space, which is well maintained and large is also very appealing. Always stay here when travelling south through Bordeaux to Spain
We have stayed here many times before although only once before under the Kyriad name. It was a Premiere Classe Hotel (same group) previously.
We like it's convenience to the autoroute and the 'Motel' style of accommodation. As bonus now the rooms have been totally refurbished to a more comfortable standard to meet Kyriad requirements.
It remains however very good value.
Perfect location by the motorway and no traffic noise whatsoever.
Staff very helpful, friendly and room spotlessly clean.
Restaurant next door excellent.
Continental breakfast in hotel very good too.
Parking right by the hotel entrance, wonderful.
