The voucher for a packet of items from the local bakery to supplement the breakfast was a lovely idea - introduced us to the bakery and what it had, and the croissants were huge! Host Corrinne was charming and helpful, especially given that we booked at the last minute. It was a hot and humid day and evening, and the big fan she provided for the room was a gosend. The kitchen facilities were also terrific. Many thanks for the warm welcome.

The chateau and grounds were beautiful and the history amazing. The accommodations were spacious, authentic, comfortable, and fun. We were able to explore the grounds and the castle on our own late into the evening after all public guests were gone. We only wish we would have seen the Green Lady.

This place is not a hotel. Thought we had been screwed over as it was deserted, however lady turned up and let us in to nice clean and well equipped apartment. Absolutely no complaints for the money!
Very comfortable hotel in lovely setting. Bed was fabulous as were the tea making facilities. The hostess was lovely, she spoke good English and was patient with our French!
Lovely old style French hotel almost opposite the very impressive chateau at Brissac. Quiet but an easy walk into the centre of town. Parking right next door to the hotel.
