The location is just close to the beach, not at it. It's ok as it is still a nice 5mins walk and gives a cool breeze.
There is a private parking space but it took us awhile to find the designated spot as each parking line is assigned to one of the apartments. It is at parking 21 by the way, and don't worry. There's a lot of parking space.
We were welcomed with a complimentary sardine and a nice bienvenue note. (Merci!)
The room is equipped with all the things you need and can even cater to more than just 2 people. We were surprised by how many cutleries, glasses, and plates were there.
Its complete with kitchen, stove, table, tv, and fridge. The only thing missing is the wifi.
The area is really quiet. Like.. no one else lives around the area.
Despite that, the bed was really comfy and everything is clean. We even have free coffee capsules for the coffee maker. The place was so quiet and isolated that you can actually go loud and crazy. (i think)

I came for the ironman in Les Sables d'Olonne and had a few wonderful days in Bretignolles-sur-mer. The apartment is conveniently located close to the center, in walking distance to the restaurants and the market Sunday morning. Super friendly owner. Highly recommended.
