Loved the location on the banks of the river with free car parking immediately opposite. We stayed here to be near Giverny for Monet's house, so we were very pleased to discover the Chateau de la Roche-Guyon on our doorstep, especially with its Monuments Men exhibition (Aug 2024). Wish we had more time to also go swimming in the river half an hour away. The hotel is a typical French Logis with charm and the restaurant is popular with the locals. It had all the necessities and was comfortable, with a standard breakfast. No bar per se but do take a walk and visit La Grotte a Bieres if it is open.
Set in Omerville, 48 km from Versailles, La Musardine en Vexin boasts a sun terrace and views of the garden. You will find a kettle in the room. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom.

The host was very quick to answer and arrange the key as our stay at a very short notice. The relais de St Jacques is very well located next to the castle, river and a very nice bakery. The location was quiet and pleasant.

Location close to Giverny (Monet's house & gardens) was PERFECT! The swimming pool was very relaxing after having spent a hot day outside. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. Spacious room with nice bathroom and separate toilet. Sitting area in room. Very good beds. Lovely 3-course dinner (at 25 eur pp!) prepared by the hostess and served on the terrace outside at a large table for all the guests. Very enjoyable! Good wine and coffee too! Good breakfast included in the room rate. The hostess goes out of her way to accomodate the guests. Chapeau for her work!
