Very good dining options with variety of culinary styles and skills (perhaps lacking the simple casual comfort food array a bit). Unbeatable location if you want to be in the heart of the village and still be ski-in ski-out. Ski Room (set-up and service) is one of the best if not the best anywhere in the Alps.

I liked the food and facilities. Pool is nice, and you can have it to yourself sometimes (and it's free). Sauna is paid though. Restaurant service and overall staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient access to sky lifts and killer view from the balcony.

I almost don't want to write this because part of the charm of Bonneval-sur-Arc is that it's a secret. It's a beautiful village. We were there for skiing and it was magical. There was plenty of parking on the perimeter of the village and they prefer cars not to drive into the actual village, so it's better for more mobile people. A couple of minutes drive from the old village to the ski area with easy free parking which means you don't have to hobble through Bonneval with boots and skis.
