We stayed in the Orange Suite for 5 days during the Olympics and it was absolutely perfect!
Such a lovely calm street, spacious room with modern shower and bathroom and access to the courtyard garden which is full of plants and trees (and a friendly hedgehog!).
Our welcome was perfect and the hosts were very attentive both before we arrived and during our stay.
The apartment has excellent access to public transport which made getting in and out of the centre of Paris, and accessing the Olympic venues, so easy.
Highly recommend!!

Nice staff and nice room. Comfortable bed.
There’s a little restaurant beside “Ecole de Cegogne” that has good prices and good food if you want more expensive there’s one right beside the hotel named “Rizzo”. For croissants there’s a “Patisserie “ across the street with good coffee and good pastries. There’s also a nice park where you can go for a walk.
We really loved the place.

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful,
Only reason for the low rating is our room was located on a busy street and got woke up at 6am every morning to delivery lorry and people talking and last night work up at 2am tp loud music being played. Air con didnt work in the work in room so we had to have the window open.
Please note everything else was good, nect to a train station and places to get nice pastries.

Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities.
Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities. People who travel by train, the station is very close. Hotel parking was available for those who travel by car. Reception was very helpful. Our safety locker was not working. When we called the reception, they sent a maintenance guy immediately. It was just a loose connection. Breakfast was quite good. I would stay here if I come again.

I liked nothing.
I liked nothing. Though I communicated with the owner and told him about the travel issues I was experiencing, he left me standing in the cold for nearly an hour (while he was at some type of practice). He didn't want to forward access/entry details, unless I used WhatsApp. When he finally provided the building access info, I walked into a TOTALLY DARK entry area (at the bottom of a stairway I couldn't even see). I had to use my phone, to see even an indication of what was in the area. I stood in the dark of the building lobby, waiting for one of the neighbors in the building (who he phoned, after I entered the building), to provide some assistance to get up 5 flights of stairs, with a very heavy suitcase and backpack. I didn't see anything in the listing about this unit being on the 5th floor, with no elevator. If I'd seen that info, I would not have booked it. I'm 68 years old and the thought of needing to go up and down 5 flights of stairs each time I needed to enter and exit the building, was more than I could bare. Add to that, when I checked out, I would also have difficulty getting my belongings down those 5 flights of stairs (without some assistance). The owner had absolutely no sympathy. I told him I couldn't do it and that I couldn't stay there. It was going to be too much on my body. Had to find a hotel in the area and pay for another room. I had hoped he would at least refund me one night's stay (out of the two night's I'd paid for), but he refunded nothing.

The hotel is simple but great. You just need to cross the street to get to the trainstation or the bus that takes you to Mt Saint Michel (which was the reason we went to Rennes). Downstairs there's lots of boulangeries which were delicious.
Rooms were well decorated and furnished. We only stayed two nights but the room was cleaned and new towels put out after the first night which you don’t often get at this price of hotel.
NIce comfortable room close to the address of my appointment the next day. Nice park next door and some restaurants around the hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette with fridge and cooker.
Room was clean and comfortable. It was big enough and the location was good. The stations are walking distance away. The Bus will get you close to the hotel.
