The breakfast was excellent and food was good and very tasty. Unfortunately, the ac is set not to cool below 23 Celsius
and the room was too warm
Hotel Colbert is located near the fishing port in the heart of Cité des Corsaires. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, fishing port and local restaurants.

This is an example of a very good very simple basic hotel. The room was simple but very comfortable with adequate amenities. They had quite a nice breakfast. Communication was excellent and the were kind enough to let me use the single car garage that they have for 20 euros. The staff was extremely helpful and the location couldn’t be better; right next to Les Halle’s market and a quick walk to the beach and dozens of little restaurants and bars

A beautiful hill village ideal for walkers - very quiet, we didn't see any shops in the village though so car required. Very convenient for the motorway France/Spain.
Not many places to eat when we were there in late April. We ate in our hotel - Les Jardins de Bakea which was FANTASTIC! Just superb.

Our stay was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is family owned and run, in a small village 5 minutes into the hills off the motorway. The building is beautiful and the views from every room are spectacular - the valley views are the pick as they overlook the marvellous sun terrace and gardens. There are nice walks into the mountains out of the door. Dogs are welcome (plus 7Euros).
The restaurant is a tremendous attraction and offers a gourmet dining experience but is not silly money. The wine list is extraordinary.
Really well situated off the main routes in Spain. We travelled from Cadiz to here in a day and the hotel was a very welcome oasis come rooms, welcoming staff super restaurant and wine list that I have seldom seen except in 1/2 star restaurants. Hope when we travel again that we stay again.
Excellent hotel with first class restaurant. A tranquil setting with lovely views over the valley. First visit but certainly not the last. Well located for visiting the San Sebastien and Biarritz areas.
