The location. The hotel abuts a vineyard and in a quiet location. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Beautiful location with very friendly staff. Nice swimming pools and lots to see in the area. Breakfast is good and diner is excellent, the hotel has a young and brilliant chef. The view from the restaurant is very nice and together with the food it is a perfect match.
Aux Platanes has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Poligny. The property is around 29 miles from Dole Train Station, 18 miles from Lac de Chalain and 23 miles from Herisson Falls.

Very relaxed atmosphere in a large old house in lovely grounds next to the castle. Very nice room and bathroom, although some rooms had transparent wall to bathroom from bedroom.
Good free wifi. Good evening meal and very good selection for breakfast. Would certainly stop here again en route to or from Calais.
