Overall, it was cheap (which is a bonus), but I'd rather have paid a little more as other hotels in the Kyriad chain have better equipped rooms.

The position is nice and the view is excellent. There is a swimming pool and a nice garden that is kept really well by the host. There are also many deckchairs all around the swimming pool, so if you want to take the sun and jump quickly into the swimming pool, you can.
There is a small corner with two swings, just in case you have a kid (2-5 years old) they would love it.
The garden is also rich in flowers, showing that the host takes really good care about the structure.
Inside the room it doesn't look luxurious for the 2024, but it is if you imagine yourself visiting the structure in the past.
To reach this place you need the car and there is a free parking just 50 meters from the structure.

I was there for only 12 hours. I stayed there when en route from Paris to Geneva, because accommodation in Geneva is very expensive. Bellegarde-s-V seems to be a very good centre for visiting Geneva, Annecy and other places.

I was just there for the night, to get an early start back to the UK from the Alps. The publicity for the area looked great and it could be a great place to walk in the summer being in the heart of the Jura.

Very hospitable hosts. On request in advance, they cooked us a special fondue for dinner. Inside it is a friendly and interesting building with much wood and stone, and few straight lines. The bedroom was large under a sloping roof. Quietly located at the very edge of town with attractive local walks on quiet roads. Conveniently close to the autoroute. If you are bored with standard boxy hotels, this is perfect place for you.
It was well located for our o/night stop. Clean,redecorated, ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Fresh air. Views over mountains. Fantastic restaurant. Small bar area. Good breakfast. Easily accessible from motorway

The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by train. The hotel is functional and clean and the service at reception is very good. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money.
