Very clean, has just been renovated, all facilities look very new. Nice staff, good location, just 1 minute from the beach.

the staff was friendly, the hotel has very good location, super close to beach, parking in the street is very difficult in the high season so I advise to buy their daily parking which is affordable, just that the parking goes from 12-12 so the day of departure you need to move your car in middle of day.

The location is amazing, not my first visit there, but first time i stayed to the hotel. The place is unique, with views on the Dune de Pilat and sunsets to remember forever. The staff is so friendly and professional , the room is decorated hy Starck, so what else to expect than modern and sexy and beautiful.
They even made a toy for my dog with her name on it! Details in this place are taken care to perfection.
Nice breakfast also. You should also have dinner there, basically is the place to be in Arcachon.

The location, and the global offer for Bev and food, diff levels and typologie. I trued the Michelin restaurant, the brasserie,the cafe pastry.
Special mention for the team who’s so good at hotel and quite good at the Michelin star. All the rest were as hotel reception and reservation,amazing.
