We love the fact that there is 24/7 check in times so we are not pressured to make it to our destination before 9:00pm. There is am amazing little Italian place right next door so we did not have to get into our car once again after such a long journey. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and come with everything you need. Check in and out is super simple and the carpark is very secure.

We opt to stop here for safety and comfort. There are no staff which enables you to come and go at your leisure. We are aware this property has recently been taken over. The new carpets, furniture and additional mini fridge were very appreciated.

Helpful and very friendly staff. Parking behind the hotel easy to find and was cheap. Inside decor to a high standard. Very clean. Had cups for hot drinks in room which we have found rare in France!

This hotel is located in a "commercial park", ie. lots of car companies and commercial premises, a Carrefour supermarket nearby,, so actually very quiet at night. Perfect for a stop over as near motorways, and obviously popular with work people.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Best accommodation we have ever stayed at in France. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Clean, comfortable and excellent location, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Arras. Highly recommend. Thank you Sylvie for the warm welcome.
As with most ACE hotels, the room was above average size, clean and well appointed with a good ensuite. Adequate car park although a couple of lorries were taking up a fair bit of room. On the outskirts of Arras but with a couple of eating options near at hand.
Good location for Motorway stop traveling across France. Rooms very modern. Food is available but limited menu and probably all from frozen, but not taken due to their being a nice Italian restaurant next door and a MacDonald's
