The hosts could not have been more helpful. I am walking the GR10 and arrived a day late!! I wasnt charged any extra. The room was superb. The breakfast excellent. I left my phone charger and the host drove it to me!! Over and above waht is expected, If I could give the hotel any more stars I would!!!

But the guy is friendly. And the little lady at the breakfast was charming.
Ok, maybe worth a one night stay. ANyway it seems much is overrated anyway around St Jean de Luz. The city is victim of its success.

Everything ;) Segolene the owner, is a very kind person. She's making sure you have everything you need. The apartment is decorated with care and lots of thoughts were put into it.

We travelled with our dog and were made most welcomed by our hosts and their own dog. It was only a stop-over on our way North. But we found it could make a perfect base to explore the area around. The location is wonderful, only a short distance from Saint Jean and the delightful village of Ascain. For breakfast we were presented with home-made jam and a good selection of fresh products.
There was a warm welcome at this family run hotel where we were given helpful advice on local attractions and restaurants. Our room had been recently renovated to a high standard and was well furnished. A friendly greeting welcomed us to the breakfast room each morning where the choice on offer was more than acceptable and set us up for the day.
A lovely small clean boutique hotel. Great village atmosphere. The staff gives a quick response. Really pleasant stay. The restaurant is excellent and the food is wonderful.
