This hotel is awesome from the moment you step into the lobby, which smells like coffee and chocolate and looks like a cozy mountain cabin. The rooms were flawless, with comfy beds, wooden floors and an amazing bathroom. The cherry on the cake was the breakfast, abundant, super good and with great variety. Finally, the value is incredible, truly a gem.
The Mercure is located in the thermal and ski resort of Saint-Lary-Soulan. Each of the Mercure Saint-Lary guestrooms have modern décor and offer views of the mountains or spa garden.

wow, what an amazing place! Stephanie had thought of every small detail in the construction and layout of the tiny home to make it feel luxurious despite its size. the views are simply incredible! I can't recommend this unique property enough
Yourte et son bain nordique is a recently renovated luxury tent in Fréchet-Aure where guests can make the most of the open-air bath and garden. A sauna is available for guests.
our stay was on a Sunday - restaurant closed that day, sadly. They refer you on to "la Grange" - 10 mins drive away - (excellent, if pricey); despite a negative google search there was in fact a good Italian style restaurant open in Arreau that evening which would have been easier.
Lovely room (room 4 ) in the roof - no lift - (bathroom arrangements unsuitable if you are "large" or tall - but if like us you're 5'6" its fine!)
The room was really nice, bathroom really nice, lovely view. As it was a hotel, we didn't have as much contact with the staff, but the receptionist was pretty friendly nontheless. It has a lovely rear garden, great private parking, and is a good location to walk easily into town.
Perfect location, peaceful yet close to all the village amenities.
Florence has thought of everything, the kitchen was very well equipped.and plenty of space for a family to have a fab stay in Arreau.
