Helpful staff, saw I was limping and rearranged bookings to provide me a ground floor room without being asked. Access to a private patio. Easy parking on the street behind the hotel. Nice food.

It is a nice town with a beautiful beach. It has a very relaxing and positive feel to it. Most of the tourists are French families. I found locals to be welcoming. We really enjoyed taking the tour train around the area and had fun. Be sure to visit the beautiful town centre. There are many charming little shops and vibrant outdoor markets.

We visited in October, the beach and port were lovely.
We visited in October, the beach and port were lovely. Nearly every thing was closed by this time.
During the summer we could see that it would be a really fun place to be with beautiful beaches, lively bars and restaurants, nightlife, watersports and water parks.
It suited us as we had our 2 dogs, the temperature was great and there are some really nice walks with beautiful coastal scenery.

Most things were great, the staff, the location, the facilities, the price.
It is very close to the beach and the local supermarkets.
We made a day trip to Spain, which is also very close by and easy to do from this location.
I would have liked to see working facilities for washing your clothes though, but that is about the only negative thing I can think of.

A fantastic area of Perpignan to visit & stay lovely family...
A fantastic area of Perpignan to visit & stay lovely family atmosphere and very busy for beginning of July, there is much to see and do for all ages with numerous day and nightime activities available. There is a small train running into the centre of Argeles day and night in the surrounding area, there is a funfair with many rides. On Bastille day 14 July there were free firework displays in the area.
The weather was an added bonus

Need a vehicle to visit Colliure but well worth it for fresh seafood and gorgeous views!!
Try the resto Derriere Le Clocher -- fantasic!
I would avoid using cars as much as possible due to confusing round abouts!!

Lovely long sandy beach with pedestrian tree lined walkway right along it, very good public transport for getting around and easy to visit other places nearby. Coastal path to walk to Collioure. Plenty of bars and cafes but not very upmarket and very busy at weekends

Our stay was absolutely incredible, starting with a warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was so cheerful and incredibly kind! The outdoor environment was beautiful and very pleasant! Our room was very nice and fresh, with an unbelievable view! The location was excellent and we couldn't have wished for a better stay! A thousand thanks to the wonderful staff at Grand Hôtel Du Lido for such professional service and a fantastic hotel.
Our rooms got nice terraces to entertain in the evening - just 100 m from the sandy beach - old hotel but the room are good maintained - on the street behind the hotel you can find basic utilities stores
A large parking behind the hotel with an hotel card to avoid paying the day fees, very nice !
We love the Hotel Du Golfe and it’s parklike setting. Everything is leisurely. Relax around the pool or swim in the heated water. Drinks and food delivered to your sun lounger: Dinner is excellent. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to our return visit next summer.
Very comfortable 4-star hotel, good facilities, not very large in size which makes it more charming. Nice quadruple room, perfect for a family. Located close to the village center, 10 minutes away by car from the beach.
