We're lucky enough as our room reservation was upgraded with the same price. Warm welcome even if we arrived a little late, clear instructions from the super nice lady at the reception of the Hotel Arc en Ciel. Well-placed in front of the gare of Thonon-les-bains, with parking and calm area.
Clean room and good bedding. The double door function was a great plus. We didn't hear any noise from the balcony.
