Location was very good for walking around the city, besides the hotel staff sent me very helpful information about the car parking which has the access just in front of the hotel.

Proprietor did not provide key until 2330. He did not answer my call at 1930, and did not call back. I had not heard back from him by 2000. It was getting dark so I rented another room. He sent a text at 2130, after nightfall and after I had rented another room. I called again at 2300 and was told that there was a key in a lockbox. I returned to the location and followed his instruction but there was no key in the keybox.
He was good, though, at taking my money.

Beautiful old city with a wonderful history.
Beautiful old city with a wonderful history. Spectacular cathedral, well preserved old architecture. Exceptional restaurants and bars with great service, can't recommend Le Vent des Anges highly enough. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here to attend the Pause Guitarre Festival and we were really surprised on how beautiful is Albi. Honestly, I did not expect anything like what we saw in the last 3 days. The centre is lovely and full of independent shops, and restaurants and cafes'.
we had lunch in a very nice seafood restaurant near the cathedral, fabulous!! Toulouse Lautrec museum is amazing. surely i want to come back to see more.

Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner. The evening light on the old city from the other side of the Tarn is amazing. The Cathedrale of Ste. Cecile is stunning. The Toulouse-Lautrec museum is quite large & takes several hours to appreciate.

Albi is a fascinating town with a great history. The covered market is outstanding, with fabulous shops and places of interest to visit. There are a number of small villages nearby which are interesting as well as the Toulouse-La Trec exhibition. The church is really interesting inside and worth a visit. Excellent restaurants.

The hotel was perfectly located on the river with the most magnificent views of Albi. Everything was within walking distance. Enjoyed eating on the terrace both at breakfast and dinner. Parking close-by was a real advantage in the city centre location. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.
Fabulous and unique location. Very comfortable top room with bed and kitchenette, rather a squeeze in the bathroom. Amazing views over Albi and tranquility and privacy assured. Linen and towels are of good quality. Well equipped for a short stay
The hotel is conveniently situated and very quiet considering it's proximity to a road. The beds were very comfortable and in a large room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. A kettle in the room was much appreciated.
