Ugly dirty town.
Ugly dirty town. Better to go to other places where the local governments have cleaners and have improved the city, like Corse which is an amazing city. After being in Corse and then coming to Ajaccio it is a real disappointment.

A charming, elegant town with a lively centre and a huge port. Fascinating old port, and fort well-presented and interesting to visit. Current heartbreaking exhibition re Corsican resistance in WW2. Ate well, mainly Corsican specialities e.g, mussels with cheese, veal with olives.

I loved this hotel. It was an amazing stay. Right in the city center in the best area of Ajaccio. Beautiful views from the room and from the Rooftop where you can enjoy a good breakfast. The staff is really lovely especially the guy who welcomed me at my arrival last Friday night, really cool. I wish to go back there one day soon (if the prices remains affordable like they were).
fantastic little hotel. well located near to the beach and Scudo - so much so we didn’t go into Ajaccio. staff were very welcoming and friendly and we had the best nights sleep of our trip. the pool area is lovely and pool perfect for cooling off. everything thing had been thought about. we loved this hotel and would stay here again.
The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was ideally situated for the old city of Ajaccio. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was nice and cool, even in hot weather. The owner was very helpful and gracious and offered to help with anything, way beyond expectations.
This is one of the best places in Corsica:
- Amazing facilities with great attention to detail (bonus points to the garden and private pool)
