Wonderful and plentiful breakfast made of house-made bred or marmelades. Our hosts were just so friendly and helpful, they became quickly like friends. Although weather was bad (cold and rainy) treks were diverse and enjoyable, with plentiful wildlife, often seen in close range. View from room was splendid. Absolute calm during our stay.

Le Guilazur, hotel in Abriès

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountains, Le Guilazur is located in Chateau-Ville-Vieille in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 9.3 mi from Molines.

We were hiking the GR5, 2 couples and this hotel was a nice change from the Gites we had stayed at. The patio bar area was so nice to relax and have an afternoon beer. The breakfast was not till 8 so we instead went across the highway to a great bakery. Dinner was fabulous although a little more expensive, but again, it was nice change for us.

The hosts were amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. helped my boyfriend after he broke his ankle, they were understanding and helped on check out not rushing us at all while making sure we got to the town safely. The locally sourced and home made food was excellent in a very nice clean and welcoming environment. the hotel was exceptionally safe, no need to lock doors which we were not used to but at no point did it feel unsafe
