This cabin is in one of the most incredible locations you'll ever see. Right on the cliff of a dramatic, rugged island and atop the Seal Woman statue, it's an incredibly gorgeous spot. For being so remote, the cabin has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped (hard to tell from the photos but it has everything you need). The beds were not amazing by any stretch of the imagination but they were fine for a remote cabin.

One of the most incredible stays we’ve ever had. Highlight as everyone has mentioned is that gorgeous glass enclosed area looking out onto the fjord, it was so serene having ou tea and brekky there in the mornings. Fireplace was cosy and the heating throughout the house is strong. The place is massive. Unbelievably well stocked, the host had thought of everything, including power boards. Big bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Great shower and pressure. Super comfy mattresses. Kitchen had everything and more that you could need.
Location was great for us as a central base to drive to places on the north and south islands. Washing machine with dry rack was a bonus for all our sweaty hiking clothes.
We absolutely cannot fault this place. And it was extremely well priced for the Faroe Islands. If you’re deciding between this or other accommodation options let me save you time and tell you to book this right now. You will NOT regret it.

Amazing place! Due to its location it's a great base to explore most of the islands and at the same time it's very quiet and peaceful, so you can really relax here after a long day. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the flat is modern, spacious and comfortable, one of the best I have ever stayed in. There is nothing we missed, I only wish we stayed here longer.

This is the best my vacation place ever. House is so well equipped, spacious and best decorated (modern art). If your clothes are wet or dirty you can use washing machine or dryer. Host is kind and replyed very fast for my messsage.

Very nice cosy little apartment. The host was very nice although I didnt really meet in person. Got reply on the message very fast. Easy to find the apartment and easy to park. The instruction was very clear. Nice decoration and clean. Well equipped kitchen.
Gjógv can easily be explorerd by foot. We especially loved the puffins on the cliff edge above the small harbour as well as the great views over to Kalsoy.
The children played with makeshift rafts on the small stream in the village centre.
Just above the harbour is a small café selling waffles. Try one with rhubarb jam!
