The lagoon within the property is gorgeous and provides for excellent swimming and snorkeling opportunities. It’s just absolutely gorgeous! My room was lagoon facing and able to walk directly to the pool and lagoon. Just absolutely wonderfully convenient! And the staff - so pleasant, friendly, engaging. Just wonderful!

we really love the kind owner who genuinely cares about her guests. The apartment was fully stocked with food and the owner brought us more as it was late when we arrived. she offered to receive us from the nearby landmark and gave us a ride to the bus station today because it was too hot.
Overall, it was a great trip. Several onsite restaurants catered to all types of palette, friendly staff, good food and beautiful resort. Lagoon water was warm and great for a light swim/dip. We stayed in a lagoon facing burre - great views and lovely room. Infinity pool, Fish bar was the highlight of the trip.

Comfy modern and clean room offering bottled water, clean towels. We booked the breakfast and dinner meal plans. There was variety with the buffet options at Goji Restaurant. Pizza at the Lagoon House was delicious. Friendly staff all around the resort,
The hop on hop off bula bus and buggies to commute around the facilities was fantastic on days we did not feel like walking.
We enjoyed the infinity pool & spa facilities, and the gym
Free activities such as the hike, hat and fan making were enjoyed,
The resort administration caused us a bit of stress by issuing incorrect (short) meal tickets and charging us for someone else's cocktail. Had to tell desk staff 3 times to have that cocktail removed from our account.

The quietness of the resort, even thought it was nearly at capacity, never felt like that. Restaurant options - great choices and if something wasn't on the menu only had to ask. The staff - absolutely fantastic - beautiful people.

We booked 3 nights and tried to change it to 2 nights 30...
We booked 3 nights and tried to change it to 2 nights 30 days out and again 3 weeks out with booking.com and the Hotel directly. . Booking.com said we had to go to the hotel directly.The correspondence from the hotel was vague as if they didn’t want to help with our change. Upon checkin we were charged for 2 nights so we thought the issue was resolved but on check out they added a 3 night back in.
Joshua the manager came out and was very nice but asked for the correspondence to make the change. We think He kept asking questions to try to find a reason
Not to credit is the 3rd night but said he would take care of it. We still have not seen the credit left with a bad impression of the hotel and need to call the credit card company now.

Resort beautiful, service very poor at times, communication was poor at times especially prior to arrivals.
Having to pay for all water activities which was false advertising.
I was also unimpressed that children were in the adults only area.
