Lovely host, nice coming home to a cosy fire and relaxing atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop. My kids enjoyed the free use of the sleds…even managed to see the Northern lights from our little balcony. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in a double bedroom, which was located in the front row of the many cabins and suites available. This was probably the best location as we were not overlooking any other cabins and had a direct view of the forest. The downside is that if there had been any northern light activity, it would not have been visible from the room, and I'm not sure which other cabins would see it given the layout of cabins. There was parking immediately outside the cabin but this is not the case for all cabins. The furniture and general decor were beautiful and the beds and linen were luxurious. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, we could not have asked for a more attentive team. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and one dinner in the restaurant where the staff were amazing and the food absolutely delicious. Great choices for breakfast, more limited choices for dinner but with varying price points to appeal to all.

The open fire in the lobby and bar area, our room with a private sauna, and breakfast was amazing! A bonus of the viewing platform is to see the northern lights. The tap water is amazing and so clean. There is Santa Sports halfway ish to the town, which serves good-priced burgers, pizza, etc, Bowling, and a swimming pool.

We stayed at the Artic Light Hotel for two nights and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable; the front desk staff were attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism.
We booked the Polar Room with a private sauna, which was very clean and cozy.
We also dined at the attached restaurant and highly recommend it. The service provided by Waldemar was top-notch, making our dining experience memorable.
We hope to back some time in the future.

The location is amazing next to Santa Claus village but you have to drive away a little to view the Northern Lights in more darkness. The cabins were tastefully decorated and the whole place had a nice vibe to it. Loved the reindeers and breakfast was great. I like that it was small, boutiquey and not crowded. They did a lovely set up for my daughter's birthday and helped me order a cake and gifted her a big reindeer toy.

The staff at reception were friendly, and very helpful. The location was great it was really close to the veiwing point for the northern lights with a lovely camp fire and viewing tower. Facilities for children and adultswere excellent. Rooms were very spacious.
