We booked a superior room and found it to be very spacious.. twin sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and desk and chair, beds etc.. didn't really need this as we were only staying 1 night but the basic rooms looked small in the photos.
The room had tea/ coffee making ability, a tv and a desk fan was in the wardrobe along with extra pillows if needed.
The staff were very friendly and the location is 2 minutes from a tram stop and 5 mins walk to the main square. The harbour is an easy 15min walk also.
There is locked luggage storage facilities available which proved handy as our room wasn't available on check in.
The breakfast was as expected, continental style.
The hotel is good value for money.

We were upgraded to a better room. Room spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had good selection. Staff on reception desk were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. We also borrowed 2 umbrellas when it was raining. Everything about this hotel was excellent, especially the staff.
