We were walking the Camino to Guadalupe and arrived on a local holiday.
On our arrival the proprietor asked if we needed food as the local supermarket was closed for the holiday, he phoned a couple of the kocal restaurants to check if they were open then took us in his car so we could get lunch before they closed.
It may be a 2 star hotel but we certainly got 4 atar service.
