Breakfast was very good. We had a problem with the tv and it was sorted very quickly. Checkout was 12 o’clock which really helped us.

Lovely apartment - clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. We arrived early and found on street parking so didn't use the garage. We walked into the city which was not something I'd recommend but Valladolid was fabulous. Bus back was very easy. We were going to go back in the evening but found a fabulous restaurant just round from the square (many bars and restaurants there). Also a couple of supermarkets close by. It's in a typically residential area so feels safe, lots of families around all evening. Would absolutely recommend for a visit to this lovely city.

Very convenient for us to park up and explore the city by bus. The room at the back of the hotel was surprisingly quiet. It was, as expected, very basic. No frills, but clean with nice bedding and a comfy bed. Proper hangers! We hate those ones you can’t get off the rail. Nice looking paper. Staff were friendly, hard working and efficient. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and they didn’t run out of anything, even when it was busy.

Great location – within walking distance of sights, restaurants, and stores.
We had a comfortable family room (two connecting rooms), and everyone had plenty of space. The rooms were clean (except under the beds) and the bathroom was large and clean.
The drains in the bathroom smelt awful. Had to keep the door closed. No space for toiletries. WC seat was very loose. Glass shower door off the runner’s so couldn’t use the shower.
Kettle in the kitchen leaked so badly it was unusable.
Sofa was so badly stained it felt positively unpleasant to sit on.
Would not stay there again.

Staying in love hotel with kids is always fun! :) (that was the only vacant room in the whole town at the moment) but the strong smell of some incense was quite annoying. Big plus - your very own garage under each room.
