The self check in was very easy after downloading the app. It was clearly instructed, easy to find and park outside and the room was fine, nothing special but comfortable beds and it was very clean! Nice decoration. Really nice hot shower and plenty of space for our luggage!
During our second day (a Sunday) something seemed to have changed with the hot water in our room and so when I contacted the property they were immediately very helpful and let us change rooms and gave us a radiator when it turned out the heating in the whole building had problems. When we checked out they were even kind enough to refund us our last night because of the problems with the heating and hot water. So they really tried doing all they could while something happened that was out of their control!

This accommodation is amazing if you are looking for some piece and quiet in a beautiful nature. You can only reach it by car / taxi. Cuenca is very close (10min by car). Our trip was an escape from a busy city and we couldn't have chosen better. The property is exactly as advertised, individual cabins which have everything you need, including mini fridge, kettle and a coffee machine. The bed is very big (a bit soft for my taste though). The bathroom is amazing with good shower and enough hot water. They serve you breakfast in the room so you can enjoy it in the balcony with that amazing view and silence. The owners are super nice to talk to. We'll definitely return, whenever we need to escape from busy city. Thank you!

Uńa is a beautiful spot, the accomodation was very cozy and warm (which we appreciated in december). The restaurant downstairs offers good meal even late in the evening and the staff is super nice. Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings to discover.

This is a lovely, extremely reasonable little hotel deep in the hills and gorges north of Cuenca. It's in a very tiny village where, as far as we could see, there was no other place to eat or drink, but that didn't matter because (and I'd checked beforehand that this would be possible) we ate in the hotel. We were the only people staying here on that night but we still had a tasty supper and good breakfast. It's exactly the kind of place that we love, although it might not suit those who expect to have a kettle in the room, English-speaking personnel, an international menu and a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. It is hard these days to find the differences between countries, but this place is very Spanish in all the best ways. As an example, for breakfast there was no menu, we were just asked what we wanted and this was produced, with smiles and charm. The couple who own and run it are absolutely delightful; I didn't try to speak to them in English so I don't know if they speak it, but I can imagine that their friendliness and helpfulness would make it easy for them to communicate whatever the language. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, if you want a road trip through Spain, this is the area to be.

The Hotel was situated on the edge of the Forrest, with a path way, leading to various points on the river for you to have a paddle, in the freezing water, and where locals took their children to play. Had plenty of parking, was very clean, friendly staff.
We visited the Enchanted Village, Cuenca City, Dinosaur Museum in Cuenca, we did a road trip to Puente de San Pedro. Views were stunning.
Transport is needed, as you are on the edge of the National Park, but the views really make it...... lots of walking....
Most evenings after being out all day we chose to eat at the in house restaurant, food was lovely and plentiful.
Certainly will be returning.
