I ended up staying here for 3 nights, actually— the staff of Palacio de Pujadas was very helpful and kind, allowing me to book two extra nights in the same room when I got sick during my journey on the Camino de Santiago. The room had everything I needed, with a spacious bathtub, sufficient mini fridge, functional television, etc. I was comfortable and felt the room was reasonably spacious, and I enjoyed a nice quiet recovery!

The advantage of very ample access and parking. The hotel design and brightness . There even is free subterranean parking. Next door a large shopping arcade , this gives zero hinder. Rooms , good beds , nice breakfast , friendly staff. The option NOT to use all towels .

The owner speaks excellent english which is helpful in understanding the details of the apartment. The owner was accommodating and prompt in all aspects of booking, communication and checkin. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. I would return here again to stay if I came back to Viana.

Staff were excellent - our AC was leaking and they fixed it within the hour on a Monday evening. Bed was large and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Huge room. Nice breakfast. Excellent location on a quiet street but only 10 min walk to Calle Laurel. Onsite parking was very convenient. Original ceilings were lovely
A lovely old hotel in a very nice location. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ruins of San Pedro. Great value for money with a very nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor.
Apartment was well equipped, clean and the host met us with the keys. He was charming and very helpful. The location is on the outskirts of Viana. It's a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Parking was on the street and free. Note that it is an uphill walk to the walled historic heart of Viana, c 500 metres. We did not attempt to park in the city but you can drive up there.
Great hotel in fantastic location! So glad we splurged & chose this accommodation after a day of walking. Staff were excellent! Nothing was too much including serving dinner in the room. The room was beautiful, clean & really comfortable. Loved it & would definitely recommend!

it was ok for a 4* hotel, however not exceptional, we liked the fact that it was out of town, however resembled a shopping mall rather than a hotel overall
