Great location near the main plaza. Nice staff that were working very hard and seemed to be doing many different jobs to make sure guests were well cared for. A bit on the older side, but clean and comfortable.

A lovely old hotel in a very nice location. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ruins of San Pedro. Great value for money with a very nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Apartment was well equipped, clean and the host met us with the keys. He was charming and very helpful. The location is on the outskirts of Viana. It's a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Parking was on the street and free. Note that it is an uphill walk to the walled historic heart of Viana, c 500 metres. We did not attempt to park in the city but you can drive up there.
The hotel had a lovely restaurant and we ate there for lunch one day and dinner the next. It was the Pilgrims menu as we were walking the camino. The hotel rooms were warm and comfortable. We had a room with a small balcony which was lovely to enjoy the morning sun. We did not have breakfast at the hotel . The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
We liked the location, the view, the comfort and the facilities. If anything it was even better than described. We were welcomed warmly, everything was straightforward and we were short of nothing. Viana is a rich place with good bars, restaurants and atmosphere.
We stayed one night while on the Camino. Accommodation in Viana was in short supply. Spotless clean, great location, access was straightforward, and the staff person was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
Parking outside the hotel. The bedroom was huge and the bed was enormous! Good sized bathroom. Their restaurant is next door and the food was good. The breakfast buffet included scrambled & fried eggs and bacon.
