The hotel is exceptionally green and well-maintained. My kids loved the swimming pools, and the 2-bedroom apartment we booked was perfect—very clean and spacious. I want to give a special thanks to the receptionist who went above and beyond on the day of our checkout. She came to my room twice to help with my luggage, even though this isn't a standard service at the hotel. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, especially since I was alone with two small children.

Brand new hotel and you can tell by how new and clean everything is. Oftentimes it's better to stay at a brand new 3 star hotel than an older 4 star. The staff were super kind to us as well. While San Vicente is not a tourist destination (we stayed here because my wife is from this town), it's a good location for those wanting to stay near the university.
