The staff is really friendly, polite and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. We also liked the breakfast. They offer breakfast in the room. The reception is open 24 h. Hostel is located in quiet place and public transport for center of the Madrid is nearby (45 minutes ride to the center). We would recommend this place!

We have stayed here a few times when driving through Spain. Right off the motorway. Park right next to the property which is great for our dog. Very friendly staff. Clean and relaxing rooms. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. Onsite parking when booked in advance. Really can only say good things about this place.

It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside the hotel as well as to other parts of Madrid like the NASSICA Mall. There is a shopping mall beside the hall where I had dinner twice which was very good. The hotel was clean and tranquil. Staff were easy to communicate with one lady stood out at the reception but I cannot remember her name she has brown or blond hair speaks really good English. It was a great stay.
Very good option for one night stop-over during car trip. The hotel is clean, fairly comfortable, with a good restaurant downstairs to dine when you come late and don't want to search for other dining options. Close to the motorway. The price-value is excellent. Truly, the hotel exceeded my expectation.
