Who rated this hotel as one star?? I think this hotel deserve 3 star. Clean spacious room and nice breakfast and half boarding was worth for money. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, big swimming pool was closed for season. You can work to the Tossa de mar beach and castle within 10 min. This hotel does not have parking lot, but I was able to find free public parking lot near by.

Pleasant room, well serviced by Housekeeping. Food was of good standard and variety though dining room rather 'canteen' in style of decor. Roof terrace very pleasant and 'over 18' rule much appreciated! A haven of peace!

We had struggled with finding where in Costa Brava we wanted to stay and eventually chose Tossa de Mar as it seemed beautiful and not as touristy or nightlife driven as some of the other areas.
We took a bus to get there and got to see the other towns along the way up from Barcelona, and we absolutely chose correctly.
I would recommend Tossa De Mar to literally everyone.
Theres a castle there that you can just walk around in, with lil shops and restaurants but also where some residents reside. Super cool! Fantastic food!!!!
The beaches were great and the view of the ocean was amazing!
There's a lil hiking path heading north that take you along several small beaches along the cliffsides- would recommend! It was absolutely stunning!
I mean just would love to go back there some day for a longer stay- my husband definitely did not want to leave to go back to the city

We stayed in Tossa for two weeks in late September. The weather was very unpredictable which obviously is nobody's fault but there is little to do there if the weather is bad as all the nearby places are also seaside resorts.
I feel that 3 or 4 days is enough to see all of Tossa and certainly you would not need more than a week.
We visited nearby resorts - Lloret De Mar was absolutely vile, but Blanes was ok. You can visit a lot of the nearby resorts by boat or bus but to be honest none of them are a patch on Tossa.

We (Granny and 18yo grandson) both loved Tossa de Mar - would love to return with the whole family for an extended holiday - relaxing but also quite lively with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants - we enjoyed a swim, a walk to the top of the caste and some excellent meals

The town has such variety / a Mediterranean beach, castle, quaint Medieval looking neighborhood, great food, and access to other terrific towns including the inland Girona.
Favorite spot- sitting on our balcony overlooking the sea ( and we’re serious activity people). But irresistible.
Best food - every place we ate - either on the boardwalk or tucked inside the little alleys, was terrific.
Transportation - walking takes you most everywhere. If you are getting lazy - two different trolleys have fun tourist-themed routes.
Only flaw- if you read no Spanish, figuring g out the self-service parking lot can be a challenge.

Beautiful resort with lovely scenery and everything you need to hand excellent restaurants, good choice of shops and supermarkets. Felt very safe no noisy bars or nightclubs just a lovely vibe. A couple of things if going with children it is a shingle beach and most restaurants do not do child menus. Will certainly be visiting again.

Perfect location In Tossa de Mar. Located on a lovely street with little shops and only around the corner from the beach !
The roof top pool is perfect with sun loungers and towels provided , there is a bar on this level also that serves good food , drinks and cocktails !
The room was comfortable, we had a room over looking the front street with a little balcony and it wasn't noisy. Our room had a mini bar with a good selection. Air con worked well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tossa de Mar.
Located on one of the main streets in Tossa de Mar, the hotel offers a great vibe. It's just a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to all the main shopping streets. The staff was the best we've ever experienced, always helpful and accommodating. The freshly baked croissants and espresso at breakfast were amazing. If you're looking for value-for-money accommodation, this hotel is highly recommended. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels, but for the price, we found it excellent.
The property is as shown in the picture, it's about 3 mins walk to the main beach. Property was really clean, color theme makes the holiday feel so relax. Staff - Giodiano was really helpful, make me feel at ease with any concern and very efficient. Definitrly would be my hotel of choice when i visit tossa de mar again!
