Apartment was very clean. Barbecue area by the swimming pool and the swimming pool itself were amazing. José was very friendly and polite. Torrico is very quiet, so you can relax easily.

My husband left his tablet behind in the room and they sent it via mail right away. We left the hotel Friday morning and he received his tablet Monday evening via Spanish correos. That was great customer service!
