The extended breakfast 0800-1330 gave many options from a late Breakfast to Breakfast and Lunch. After 1200 chips were added to an already full menu. 24 hour laundry on site was genius.

The inside is nice and the staff are so friendly but the thing that struck me most was the vast breakfast selection from churros the fresh fruit and pastries - amazing.

Good variety to pick from at breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed the local and seasonal specialities. There were always options for kids (some comfort food). Really liked the salads and fresh fruit too. Half board does not include drinks, but evereything is reasonalbly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice and is fairly big, so you can enjoy swimming. The main one is about 1.8 meters deep, but there is another shallow one. Lifeguard was on site all the time. Rooms were always clean. We got a huge balcony, with really nice view to the pool. There is a nice little shop in the hotel, with a cleverly selected inventory. Restaurants, food shops are in walkable distance. We did not try but it is nice that activities can be booked in the hotel. Palma central is about 30 minutes by public transport. There is on-site massage (you pay separately), which we tried and I can recommend. There is a really nice bus service to Cala Nova and Marineland, which is included in your room price. Cala Major beach is a short walk away. There is an ATM by the hotel (I have not used it though).
