Any issues that we had were dealt with directly with the owner. This apartment overlooks the pool which is prestine and was although not heated warm enough to get straight in for a swim. Chairs provided by the apartment were used at pool side and it was a lovely peaceful location. Owner met us at the apartment and gave us keys
