We had a last minute booking and very late check in but the host was very nice to accommodate us late at night. The room was adequate for the discounted price we received. The bathroom was very clean and very comfortable to use.

The room was furnished with beautiful antiques and exotic furniture. The bathroom was huge and well equipped. Appreciated the coffee maker too - something that we did not encounter in many hotels in Spain.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. All of the staff were very welcoming. The facilities were luxurious and extremely comfortable. From the moment we entered our fantastic room with treats, through the usage of the pool and (outdoor and in room!) Jacuzzi, the wonderful meal through the free usage of electric bikes until our departure treat we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

This hotel is in an elegant stone building in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Having walked through a heavy storm, I arrived sopping wet, and the staff were so warm and kind.

It certainly didn't appear to cater for tourists but the people we did meet were friendly and welcoming.

Evening meal in the Hotel was OK, The breakfast was very poor, rough and ready selection of cold foods and fruit. Lacking Finesse of other Hotels we stayed in. The room was clean but small.
The Hotel has a garage for safe storage of our motorcycle, this I arranged prior to arrival, with our booking.
We did not eat breakfast as it was not on offer. We had plenty of cafe's to choose from in this lovely small city. The Family owners of this hotel made us feel welcome. They very helpful directing us regarding our search in Torrelavega.
