We love the building and it's set-up having stayed there many times. Good sized, well set out rooms. Breakfast and the set evening meal have many options and are good value. The hotel staff as always were very helpful.

Great situation for Monfragüe NP. The owners were very helpful. It was a short walk to the village facilities. Although described as a loft it is in fact a very large ground floor apartment with views over the fields.

Set in Torrejón el Rubio, in a historic building, 39 km from Parque Natural de Monfragüe, Alojamiento la cañada monfrague is an apartment with a bar and barbecue facilities.
It is in a very good location to visit Monfragüe. The dinner was better than I expected. It is also very quiet so we had a relaxing sleep. Room had a nice high ceiling, relatively spacious with a comfortable bed (you could even swap your pillow from a pillow menu - we didn't attempt it). You can take a small stroll to the outside grounds which are peaceful.
Also, parking is super easy, right in front of the hotel.
We loved everything about this rural hotel, Carmen was so kind and friendly, our room was charming and comfortable, the setting is amazing, being in Monfrague National Park. Carmen cooked us amazing dinners and made delicious breakfasts. I had a swim in the pool which was great too. This place is a real gem if you want peace and tranquillity
Very nice hotel, very well located to visit Monfragüe National Park.
The personnel make you feel welcome and is very helpful (they helped me fix my car's battery after I forgot to switch the lights off during the night).
Also, the restaurant is nice and reasonnably priced.
I will definitely recommend it.
