Absolutely everything!!! The room was fabulous, both Paula & Daniel at reception were fantastic. The communication via bookings.com with this hotel was first class. We have been travelling in Spain for around 3 weeks with multiple hotels and this is the best experience so far! Fresh fruit in the room and a glass of sparkling on arrival. On site parking and a brilliant location. If you like seafood check out restaurant MARUCHO just 5 min walk and absolutely fantastic 😎

Lovely old hotel in a great location: Decor inside was a little dated but overall very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Free on street parking very close to hotel was a bonus (mid October!) Good breakfast on offer!

The personal approach and advice from the manager as to where to take a walk and where to eat since restaurant was closed that evening. Breakfast was high quality and we have already booked a table for evening of our return visit in 3 weeks.

A fantastic central hotel, rooms were spotlessly clean. We had a dog with us, they placed a dogbed, new ball and feeding bowls in the room. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Hotel crew was very nice but I had an issue with one of the room windows and informed them. One person, who I guess was the manager, told me we would not pay for breakfast, which I understood it was because they wouldn't be able to fix the window on time. But it turns out we haven´t paid for one breakfast only and the other 2 was charged. That was not fair.

Fantastic location, super clean and has everything you need. The pool is a real plus as is having the car just outside the flat which is fantastic if you are arriving from or travelling to Portsmouth or Plymouth. A fabulous restaurant 5 minutes away on foot and fantastic bar/ coffee shop across the road. We will mosr certainly be returning. I would highly recommend.
Also the hotel where you are picking up the keys has a great restaurant/bar and the staff is really nice.
We travel a lot for a work, but we have never found a better hotel. Very nice staff, free and safe parking, very clean room, comfortable bed and fast internet. Despite December, the room was very warm. And the bar downstairs is a different story; one might say it is the heart and soul of the hotel. Just for this atmosphere I want to come back. But it’s a pity that there are no available dates for booking.....We would really like to come back here again for a holiday
This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains on the other side. Clean, new, very thoughtful. Flexible check-in and convenient check-out) We were glad to stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again!
Very friendly staff, great breakfast and close proximity to the ferry terminal. Dog friendly hotel right next to the beach and park so plenty of exercise for our dog. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Santander.
I got a bungalow for myself instead of hotel room! Microwave, big bed, restaurant in the same space. Nice beach like 1km from there. Supermarket 1,5 km walk from there
