Staff were very friendly but there were some training issues in our opinion. Beds were comfortable and the A/C in the room was very effective. We really liked the location as well. Close to the beach and a comfortable walk to the city centre. The hotel kindly allowed us to have a late check out on our final day at no cost as we had a late flight.

We loved our stay here. All the staff were exceptionally good - friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself it gorgeous and grand and the view across the bay are stunning.

Hotel crew was very nice but I had an issue with one of the room windows and informed them. One person, who I guess was the manager, told me we would not pay for breakfast, which I understood it was because they wouldn't be able to fix the window on time. But it turns out we haven´t paid for one breakfast only and the other 2 was charged. That was not fair.

We travelled with two small dogs so the location next to the beach suited us perfectly. The breakfast was simple, but really nice and fresh.
The weather wasn’t very good but we were warm and comfortable at Posada La Morena.

The staff and owner are fabulous very welcoming and made you feel quite at home.
This isn’t a high class hotel it’s a cosy family run b and b which is almost on the beach in Soto de la marina. I would certainly stay again.
Very friendly staff, great breakfast and close proximity to the ferry terminal. Dog friendly hotel right next to the beach and park so plenty of exercise for our dog. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Santander.
