The hotel was well proportioned, clean and in the perfect location, close to Plaza Nueva and restaurants. Easy access to Metro, buses, trams, and train station. Staff was very helpful, especially Nadia at the front desk.

Great location, within walking distance to Old Town and Grand Via, the young lady at the reception was super generous with tips and recommendations which made our trip more special, very modern / clean rooms, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, although small, was well designed and comfortable. The heater worked well. Super clean facility. Due to rain we were not able to enjoy the garden
My room was as expected for 3 star rating; good wifi.
I slept well for 3 nights.

There is a great service on the L2; about 12 mins to the city centre from Urbinaga metro station that is closest to the hotel.
Also, the Biskaibus no. A3136 from Abando Terminus in the city centre goes to nearby "La Naval" stop no.343.
My room at the back has an interesting view. No work at the weekend and only a little daytime noise on work days.
The hotel was clean, but the location was dreadful. It is located opposite a large logistical transport company where large lorries were coming and going throughout the night, which considerably affected our sleep.The breakfast was minimal with no option other than pastries,
which obviously we declined.
Definitely one hotel to forget ( Apart from remembering never to stay there again)
