Tatiana the receptionist was amazing! She accommodated all our needs and was the most caring person. Hotel is fantastic! All the staff is absolutely amazing! Brekafast chefs are just the most charming guys ever! And the biggest surprise was the life Pianist playing while they were serving brekafast on Sunday. Its all those small little extras which you will never find in other hotels. Selection of food at the breakfast is outstanding. All eggs and pancakes are prepared right in front of you and not those soggy disgusting things you will get at other places. I am impressed beyond and highly recommend this place to everyone. This was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent location on a main square in Bilbao, just on the edge of the old city. We found it to be a great place to explore Bilbao. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately in our period we had to tell the staff about two mistakes: when we arrived, we were given a very noisy room, and two days later it was impossible to get into the garage.
Errors can happen everywhere, the question is how to handle them.
Here, in a 4-star hotel, both problems were solved in a 5-star way. The room was immediately changed for us, and of course we didn't have to pay for parking, in fact, we received a small gift of ham and wine tasting as compensation.

The hotel is nicely located wrt restaurants and bars. The room was good size and the bathroom was good. Breakfast in the basement was simple and adequate
Helpful staff as reception, especially with taxi request to ferry port. Modern building, big room, good shower, comfortable bed.
Cafe in reception was useful as not a lot close by. This hotel is in an industrial area close to docks. Easy to find, walking distance from train station if not with luggage.
Convenient for ferry port, this hotel suited me. Taxi fare to ferry was 33euro approximately.
Wi-Fi good ,but a little bit tricky to get started.
The hotel was clean, but the location was dreadful. It is located opposite a large logistical transport company where large lorries were coming and going throughout the night, which considerably affected our sleep.The breakfast was minimal with no option other than pastries,
which obviously we declined.

The location was close to subway ( about 10 minutes walk), the rooms were clean and quiet, there was plenty of free parking nearby. Check-in and checkout were quick and the hotel wasn't busy overall ( mid September)
Perfection room had a very large bed, soft mattress, pillows. It was great to take a shower. Breakfast is not very varied, but satisfying. Excellent hotel for this price.
