Beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of the historic city center. Large and comfortable bed in the main room and comfortable twin beds in the second room. The apartment was very warm, despite the cold winter nights. Full kitchen, and dining– living room combo equipped with smart TV. Elevator made it easy to access the second floor with the luggage. Parking was available for free across the street or around the back. Check-in and check-out was very easy.
This peaceful retreat is in the historic town of Sepúlveda, midway between Madrid and Burgos, in the Castilla y León region. Free private parking, elevator, and free WiFi are available.

This rural hotel is so unique! Nestled in the heart of Sepúlveda, we loved the peacefulness of the rooms and areas within the hotel and town. There are little lounge areas both inside and terraces outside and even an area for young kids with toys, games and books. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was delicious!

The Host was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was a huge spread. The property is a step back in time in the best of ways, but also fully modern in amenities. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the center of town.

Perched on the top of a mountain, a typical Spanish town.
Perched on the top of a mountain, a typical Spanish town. Many restaurants with very good to excellent Castilian food. A great base to visit the Hoches de Duraton National Park where eagles, vultures and other birds abound over and in a deep gorge. The National Parks Visitor Centre has a brilliant display and very worth visiting. The weekend we visited was Fiesta time which was great noisy fun. Not too far to drive to the city of Segovia which has an amazing aqueduct, a wonderful castle and lovely cathedral.

Very welcoming people though very little English spoken...
Very welcoming people though very little English spoken except for Millan at the Posada. Ancient town and main square with an excellent atmosphere. Enquires reveal that very few British tourists visit and I have to say they should. As a visitor to numerous towns and cities throughout Spain I can say that Sepulveda is amongst the best. This was a stopover and I did not have time to do the usual tourist things but fully intend to return to do so. A walk around the town and dinner in Plaza Mayor was a delight. Loved it!

The building was unbelievable dating back to the 16th century, with the entrance 12th.
Millan was a fantastic host, practising his English with us.
Very safe parking at the back of the residence. Great location with centre of Sepulveda around a 5 minute walk away. Great walks in this area.
Breakfast was delightful.
The location was superb. Very close to the beautiful village and with fantastic walking trails in any direction of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. I will certainly be returning.
The location was superb, in a village where most of the buildings are at least 200 yrs old. the hotel had loads of character, but the facilities were modern. My wife and I were amazed
