I had full board, and I think the whole vacation was good value for the price. The drinks are reasonbale prices, but better quality in the bar than in the restaurant. Location is great, many shops around and 6-7 mins to the beach. Less than 10 min walk to the train station to Barcelona

This hotel is a really good place to stay if you want a nice relaxing area and like to avoid the downtown mess of Barcelona. It has a good buffet, some arcade games, an amazing pool area with just the right amount of chairs and outdoor seating. It’s great for anyone. This hotel is more on the quiet side. I wouldn’t come to party. It’s majority 85% older people. I recommend getting the pool facing view or else your stuck looking at other hotels and the alleys. It has great shops along the boardwalk and other restaurants in really close distance. The staff is really nice. Everything is super efficient. You don’t have to wait long for the reception.
PS, if you have kids and they like to go on the balcony, book the first floor it’s a safer option. Also, pool is too cold for babies.

beach is superb but this dates of the year is cold. The English people will go into the sea the same but for me was too cold. The views from the room was wonderful. We had a wonderful views all day, we could see the sunrise in the sea.

Santa Susana is something like an "all-hotels" place.
Santa Susana is something like an "all-hotels" place. There is a residential area, which is in the hills above, and very nice also, but tourists are mostly situated in one of many great hotels near the sea. The beach is beautiful and spacious, water is clean. It is, however, somewhat windy and there can be waves in the afternoon, but we liked it a lot. You can put your towel wherever you want, but you can also rent a sun bed, there are bars and restaurants (and hotels, of course) along the coast where you can easily find them. Prices are really OK, everything is affordable (I understand that this is individually applicable, but compared to some other destinations, it is not expensive). We stayed in a hotel with half-board, the food was fabulous with lots of choices. All in all, it is a peaceful place, although crowded with people, there is really no hustle and bustle. Lots of shops with souvenirs, there are also Carefour and Lidl for grocery shopping (you can find some of the great Spanish wines there for reasonable prices). It also has McDonald`s and Burger King. Everything you might need while on vacation. It is close to the great city of Barcelona (cca 60 km), so you can go visit.

A beautiful warm place for your first acquaintance with Spain, Costa Brava, Catalonia.
You can move around the city on foot. But the easiest way to get here from Girona or Barcelona is by high-speed train. It's fast and convenient, not expensive. There are many restaurants and cafes everywhere, any establishments where you can have a tasty and quick meal.

Beautiful place to stay, lots of hotels, shops & places to eat. Clean and tidy. Lots of green areas & children play area. Situated on the beach. I felt very safe during my stay there.
Surprised it's not promoted more as a tourist resort. Close to Girona Airport.
Good transport network- train, buses & taxi. But to be honest we walked everywhere.
Would definitely recommend it as a place to holiday.

We had booked a room for 2 people, but there were 3 beds in the room. There was no room for maneuver. The hotel had a bad smell all the time. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaner around 9:30, although we told the reception not to disturb us. The location of the hotel was very good.

More quiet than Malgrat de Mar or Lloret de Mar, perfect for family vacation. Not so crowded. Easily reachible by train or bus from Barcelona.
Although if you want to travel around (Blanes, Girona, Lloret, Tossa etc), it is easier to do it by rental car or taxi, then by using public transport.
The beach and the sea are the main attractions in Santa-Susanna, together with relaxing and carefree atmosphere.

Location of the hotel was great,right on the beach,the food was very good (we had a half board),everyday it was something different,but freshly made and delicious,the choice of the meals was good....actually,I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends...it is unfarely underrated by the notes on this platform...if has swimming pool,beach bar,entertaining room with snooker and table football,restaurant with organized karaoke nights,flamenco nights or disco for the kids..
The design the decor it’s also very spacious even though it is a popular hotel it had lots of room by the 7 pools and in restaurants. The buffet breakfast was the most impressive I have ever seen. We had a pool suite which was beautifully designed and in 2 floors so like a mini villa - just wonderful. 2 bathrooms as well and the best shower I have ever put my head under!
Plenty food. We have breakfast and dinner included. The quality and quantity were great. If you haven't brought any towel the hotel can provided it to you by a refundable deposit fee. Plenty activities in the pool area with the "animation" staff. Staff were amazing, in particular on Reception desk, that solved any issues that could scratch our holidays.
I loved the stay in Alegria Florida Park Hotel.
Reception staff was superb.
The food court was excellent. I cannot ask more.
The bar 🍸 service was super. The employees like Tony, Michel and Carlos provided excellent service.
Rooms are okay. Value for money.
