Brand new hotel and you can tell by how new and clean everything is. Oftentimes it's better to stay at a brand new 3 star hotel than an older 4 star. The staff were super kind to us as well. While San Vicente is not a tourist destination (we stayed here because my wife is from this town), it's a good location for those wanting to stay near the university.

Property had multiple entertaining spaces, all the glassware/cooking/utensil needs for a stay, multiple clean rooms so beds for everyone up to 10 people, gorgeous pool, amazing game room and yard.

Great place, quiet, amazing facilities, pool excellent, game room excellent, kitchen and living quarters perfect, 2 large full bathrooms upstairs and another in the game room. All the cooking, glassware, utensils you could need. 10 minutes from central Alicante so easy commute. great Host very helpful and flexible.

I stayed the night before in a 5 star hotel that didn't have half the amenities of this place! I basically had a huge pool to myself, my own mini, self-contained apartment. It was spotless. It seemed like it was student accommodation being used out of season which was fine! I loved it really
